Injaculation is a problem for men that lose their erection as well as the sexual energy after having a climax. This causes problems as the semen does not exit the body but is redirected into the bladder. This then causes the brain failing to get the signals from the glans of the climax leading to failure to produce semen through a proper orgasm. It does not affect the arousal that is lost after ejaculation that should happen in the normal process.
To help with injaculation many men will either masturbate or have normal sex leading to the point of climax. As the semen is to be expelled, the man will contract the muscles called the PC muscles tightly throughout the normal time of climax. The normal time for this is about 25 seconds.
After the climax has happened, the tightened PC muscles are relaxed. This will cause the semen to not be expelled and lead to longer sexual energy and erection. Most men will do this in order to prolong sex and to increase the final climax later. Premature ejaculators will use this to prolong their ejaculation.
It takes practice and time to master this process but the results are worth it to have longer sexual encounters as well as extreme levels of pleasure for the final climax. Learning to control the PC muscles is a simple process of clinching the sphincter muscles tightly for about 30 seconds to remain in control of reaching the final plateau. Getting to the point where not even one drop of semen is expelled is the goal of this process.
One method to help gain control and strengthen the PC muscles, gently but firmly press with two fingers in the area between the testicles and anus at the point of climax. The pressure will stop the flow of seminal fluids leading to injaculation. Even though it may be uncomfortable, this is a sure method to begin learning how to injaculate and lasting longer in bed.
Some helpful hints to learn how to injaculate are to practice the technique while masturbating or with an understanding partner with the same goals of longer lasting sex. Gradually work up to the point where the finger pressure is not needed.
Exercise the PC muscles by clinching them firmly for thirty seconds then releasing them. Repeat for several minutes to build up strength. It only takes a few weeks for man to gain total control of the PC muscles with regular practice and training of the muscles. This will add to the injaculation goal.
Although some medical professions feel that injaculation is unhealthy or harmful, there is not any proof to their claims. Some professionals claim that injaculation could lead to stress of the seminal ducts or kidney infections. Yet this too has undocumented proof. Since injaculation has not been scientifically studied, it remains a personal practice without any negative side effects. It is recommended that if any urinary tract infections of problems result from this practice to stop it immediately. Also, if any type of severe discomfort is experienced, stop immediately.
